The Woodlands township has approved the first stages of the upcoming South Gosling Park in Creekside Park. That is the threshold that Harris County will be requiring us to do," Nunes said."When we get back the environmental studies, it may limit what we can actually do."the township approved a nonbinding letter of intent for $5 million with Harris County to connect the Spring Creek Greenway to Gosling Road.
"It is coming," Nunes said."It's still a couple of years away, but there's a lot of behind the scenes work going on."The township won't know what South Gosling Park will look like until Phase I is completed, Nunes said. The township will begin to know the results of surveys in the first quarter of 2024.
