A 23-year-old woman is suspected of being intoxicated when she crashed her car in Arlington, killing the passenger, police say.
Atlandis Brown is facingan intoxication manslaughter charge in connection with the death of the 21-year-old passenger who police said would be identified by the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office. It is unclear if Brown has an attorney.Officers responded just after 7:30 p.m. Sunday to the 1200 block of Browning Drive, near Martin Luther Drive, after reports that a Dodge Charger had rolled on its side.
Though investigators suspect Brown was intoxicated, they also looked into the possibility she was involved in a road rage incident before the crash, police said.Once Brown is medically cleared, she is expected to be booked into the jail on the intoxication manslaughter charge, police said., Breaking news reporter.
