Union County Prosecutor's Office and Clark police are investigating a fatal pedestrian strike at Clark Commons on Saturday.

The Union County Prosecutor’s Office and the Clark Township Police Department are investigating a fatal accident that occurred at the Clark Commons mall on Saturday afternoon. Union County Assistant Prosecutor Mike Sheets said a woman died after she was struck by a vehicle but could not immediately provide further details. Sheets said driver remained at the scene and was being questioned by police about the accident, which occurred around 2:30 p.m.
The Clark Township Police Department is asking anyone who witnessed the accident or has information to contact Detective Andrew Medeiros at 732-639-3161.
