It was a wild scene playing out on the northside along Dublin Granville road on Wednesday night. Investigators say it all sparked with a 911 call of someone spotting their stolen car. We did speak off-camera to someone who knows Graham. They tell us the 32-year old has a history of drug issues. Her court record point that out as well, and Steel says that could play out in this investigation going forward.
