Also, Cleveland Heights police arrested a drunk man who threatened to kill a guard at a convenience store. The man was upset because he had been told to put on a shirt while in the store.
Cleveland Heights cited two boys who were among a group found swimming at 2:30 a.m. in Cumberland Pool.At 10:10 a.m. Aug. 3, police were dispatched to a Revere Road home where a woman, 46, told officers that she had been threatened by her sister.
The woman then decided to leave the location and, as she drove away, she received a phone call during which her sister told her that she’d “slap the out of her,” and that she knows where the woman lives. At 12:35 p.m. Aug.1, police were called to the store Noble Food Deal, 2230 Noble Road, where a man was causing a disturbance by threatening employees and customers.
The clerk who called police said that the man had entered the store while not wearing a shirt. When told he had to put on a shirt, the man began to threaten those around him. One of the boys was eventually apprehended as he rode his bike away on Lee Road. Another surrendered himself upon realizing he could not escape from the wooded area.Disturbance: Greyton Road
