Wolverine gets a visual upgrade reminiscent of Kraven.
Wolverine and Kraven hail from two separate corners of the Marvel Universe — Logan as a member of the X-Men and Kraven as a staple villain of Spider-Man — and don’t usually come to blows out in the wild. But now, in a piece of fanart that leans into Wolverine’s more savage nature, Logan gets a new redesign that would make Kraven proud!

Drawing Wolverine standing tall with his claws unsheathed, @rxzarx gives Logan a few visual accents that lean into Kraven’s character design, such as a homemade wildlife survival belt, animal tooth necklaces, leather straps, and of course, a very Kraven-esque fur shoulder vest.
Not only does @rxzarx’s new design pay homage to Wolverine’s feral roots, but Wolverine’s more savage and beast-like nature is highlighted even further by the addition of his wolf companion, tying him even closer to the animal-whispering villain that is Kraven. Marvel needs to find a way to bring Wolverine and Kraven together more often, but until that happens, @rxzarx’s redesign of these fan-favorite characters will have to fill that void.
