Several passengers were stuck at one of JetBlue's largest hubs, New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport, after winter storms in the Northeast disrupted travel.
Gould departed from Costa Rica and landed in New York just after midnight Sunday. He was trying to get to Boston, but his first flight to New York was delayed for four hours, Gould told FOX Business. When he finally arrived in New York, he says they had to sit for two hours because "there was no one to get us off the plane."
People sleep on the floor at John F. Kennedy International Airport in Queens, New York, after a winter storm caused delays and cancellations over the weekend. He also claimed that at least half a dozen flights were diverting to New Jersey's Newark Liberty International Airport.
