People interested in getting or staying fit can "get their sweat on" while assisting students studying at Sault College.

Beginning Sept. 18, classes will run Monday to Thursday from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. in Room A1080 at Sault College and they are free to attend, the college said in a news release. "Students will have an opportunity to observe, participate, and lead classes to help them grow as Fitness and Health professionals. Participants can join us once a week or four times a week.”
