Utahns getting in the mood for Halloween on Monday woke up to temperatures that felt a lot more like a middle-of-winter holiday.
Salt Lake City hit 28 degrees overnight, and Provo's Monday morning was even two degrees colder than that. Temperatures along the Wasatch Front were all upper 20s in the early hours, but they weren't anywhere near the state's coldest.
