Mark Wahlberg, known for his intense morning regimen, sleeps in these days—until 3:30 a.m. “I always start with a little bit of prayer time,” he says.
A few years ago, when Mark Wahlberg posted a detailed version of his daily schedule on Instagram Stories, the regimen went viral for its uncommon intensity. Beginning with a 2:30 a.m. wake-up, the actor and businessman described days containing a dozen activities before a 1 p.m. lunch, including cryotherapy, two snacks and praying.
Wahlberg, 51, has changed things up a bit since then. Now he sleeps in—until around 3:30 a.m. He’s embraced intermittent fasting, a technique his friend Ari Emanuel, the Endeavor chief executive, convinced him to try.
