Although several potential Young Avengers were introduced in Phase 4, Marvel Studios has confirmed it has no official plans (which is strange).
While there might not be any immediate plans for an official Young Avengers movie in the MCU, that doesn't mean they won't ever assemble in the future. A large portion of Marvel's Phase 4 featured the debuts of several young heroes who are being primed to take on the heroic mantles of the current Avengers. However, Marvel Studios has recently confirmed that it may be some time before a full-fledged Young Avengers movie actually comes together.
“I think that's one of the themes that the next generation reminds us and that would be exciting to explore with Cassie going forward, or with any of the new characters, like Kate Bishop. People like that, who have inherited the mantle, and keeping to fight the fight, and make the world a better place.”
There are currently around 10 new characters who could become Young Avengers in the MCU. The majority of these heroes were introduced during Marvel's Phase 4, a clearly intentional effort by Marvel Studios that seemed to suggest an imminent Young Avengers movie in the works. As such, it's very strange that a team-up movie won't be happening as soon as audiences were perhaps led to assume.
