“I was told, ‘That’s not good, that’s not welcome, Hollywood doesn’t like that,'” he exclusively told Page Six at the Jazz at Lincoln Center“And for a little bit you start believing it and then no, this is who I am. I’m great in the body I’m in and my sexuality and my culture and I’m proud of it.Harvey Guillén said he was told he wouldn’t make it as an actor being Latino, queer and plus-sized.

“The Thundermans” alum shared that he only met Salma Hayek, who voices Kitty Softpaws, hours before the premiere.
