McNair, the widow of Bob McNair and majority owner of the Texans, comes in at No. 202 with a net worth of $5 billion. Fertitta’s worth rose 22.2% over last year, while McNair’s increased 19%.behind only the Clippers’ Steve Ballmer , Grizzlies’ Robert Pera , Cavaliers’ Dan Gilbert and the Nuggets’ Stan Kroenke .
