The midterm elections are just three weeks away and one of the groups with growing influence in Texas is Latino voters. But J.R. Gonzales of thesays its important candidates don't treat Latino voters as a monolith.

"Hispanics in this state, in this country, come from 22 different countries of origin, 22 different countries, and 22 different ways of thinking," he said."It is not a monolith. It is not a homogeneous group that you go, OK, how are the Hispanics going to vote?"
