The Hilltoppers managed three pass plays of 20-plus yards out of 39 attempts — a ratio OSU will take against almost any opponent. At the end of one of those plays, Jordan Hancock thumped the receiver and knocked the ball loose, with Davison Igbinosun recovering the fumble.
This was the best cohesion we’ve seen between offense and defense this season — an attacking group taking the ball away and an aggressive offense able to capitalize with one-play touchdown drives.
