"We must open our arms to all who come here for care and work with urgency to prepare our health centers to meet this moment in American history," she wrote."If we do not, it won’t be just out-of-state patients who suffer, but Californians, too."their residents from seeking out-of-state abortions.
It is also not a foregone conclusion the court will overturn Roe v. Wade, as the opinion leaked was only a draft opinion and votes — as well as opinion language — can change. The formal release of the opinion is expected sometime this summer.
