Kaz Kazadi, now assistant athletics director at Texas Christian University, didn't mince words addressing players.

Moore III/Getty Imagesat Baylor University, one assistant athletics director with ties to the university had a message to send his own players about consent and harassment.over the weekend, Kaz Kazadi, the assistant athletics director at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, challenged his players to be accountable when partying.
“You’re with the young lady,” Kazadi said in the video. “She has to consent to every act. So if you were in the car with her, and something went down in the car, that does not mean that something has to go down at the apartment. If y’all did something in the car, that does not mean something else has to happen.”
Kazadi was hired by former Baylor Bears coach Art Briles in 2008 and was a longtime strength coach. Briles was fired in 2016 after a university investigation found that he and other coaches botched the handling of sexual assault accusations against football players. Kazadi left Baylor a year later. He arrived at TCU in 2021.In the video, Kazadi also spoke about how commenting on a female’s figure gives the woman every right to turn right around and press charges.
“If you’re not quite sure what the to say, picture it being your little sister or your mother and then shut, what you call, the up,” Kazadi said. “Are we clear?” The minute-long clip was originally posted on TikTok by Eron Hodges, TCU's director of recruiting. It was later picked up by progressive social media news organization NowThis News. It has caught fire on the internet. The footage on Twitter alone has been viewed 52,100 times.
