N.S. flood victim surprised by apartment makeover | SaltWireWOODSTOCK, P.E.I. — The Hogan Convention Centre at the Mill River Resort was teetering close to capacity as western P.E.I. residents jumped at the opportunity to discuss policy and usage for the Confederation Trail.
The Nov 2. meeting was one of four workshops organized for P.E.I. that week. Previous workshops were held in Borden-Carleton and St. Peter's Bay, and a fourth is scheduled for Nov. 6 in Stratford.Decision to allow horses on parts of P.E.I.’s Confederation Trail in 2023 draws mixed reactions The night was an opportunity for people to give their thoughts on the trail, including safety, etiquette and infrastructure improvements they would like to see. As questions were asked, those seated could discuss at their table and write down their thoughts.
Those who were unable to nab a seat, meanwhile, stood and listened and chatted amongst each other.
