This weekend will begin with temperatures five to ten degrees below seasonal values
At a time of year when we are starting to dream of Spring, we will be hit yet again with another blast of cold air.
. Adding insult to injury, we will likely see more snow from scattered flurries all weekend. Finally, the end of this weekend will see us crawl out of the cold weather and towards a week of daytime highs back above the freezing mark. Temperatures fall on a strong west wind Friday afternoon, with light snow ending by early in the afternoon.
Saturday will see daytime highs near -6°C with windchill values in the minus teens thanks to a cold northerly wind. Skies will be mostly cloudy with a few flurries. Sunshine returns on Sunday, with partly cloudy skies and temperatures back to near the freezing mark. A few flurries are possible, mainly in the first half of the day.
