Before midnight Saturday, Ibarra-Vega was arrested after police found him driving “donuts” in a black 2014 Chevrolet Silverado in the 500 block of Southwest Loop 410 near U.S. Highway 151.
About 10 minutes later, Mora was driving a red 2007 Dodge Magnum and performing the same maneuver in a parking lot in the 2000 block of Southwest Loop 410, closer to Marbach Road.
