14-year-old Lizy Martinez-Estrada has been missing since Aug. 8.

, Martinez-Estrada is at risk due to her age. She was last seen wearing a blue sweater and ripped jeans near the 2700 block on 77th avenue in Oakland around 3:30 p.m.

However, some Twitter users were frustrated that the department only just posted about the missing teen. “This young woman has been missing for over three weeks. Why are you only sending out this info now? It's been known about since at least August 20th,” wrote @joeltena, linking to the account“3 weeks she’s been gone? we can do better,” added @LisaLamagna.
