Twenty three pairs of ice dancers are competing for a place in the top 20 to compete in the free dance medal event Sunday.
After the first two groups, ice dance pairs have already set the bar high for rhythm dance. Poland’s Natalia Kaliszek and Maksym Spodyriev are in first with a score of 70.32, Finland’s Julia Turkkila and Matthias Versluis are in second with a score of 68.23 and Czech Republic’s Natalie Taschlerova and Filip Taschler are in third with a score of 67.22.
There are five groups competing, with a total of 23 pairs of skaters. The top 20 will move on to the medal event in the free dance.
