The official trailer for 'American Horror Story: Delicate Part One', which premieres Sept. 20 on FX, is here.
But in true "AHS" fashion, sinister things lie ahead in the trailer, as tense and chilling scenes are interspersed with clips of Roberts' character's dreams of motherhood.
In April, The Hollywood Reporter reported that the upcoming season of the acclaimed horror anthology would be based on Danielle Valentine's novel "Delicate Condition," which was released in August.
