Superstruct will invest in the promoter whose catalog of events includes heavy metal festival Wacken Open Air.
London-based Superstruct Entertainment has entered into a partnership with Germany promoter International Concert Service .

Wacken Open Air attracts over 70,000 heavy metal fans from all over the world to experience around 200 international bands performing across nine stages. ICS also produces and promotes ancillary events such as the Hamburg Metal Dayz, the Wacken Winter Nights and the Werner Race - an exciting, multi-day event that successfully combines motorsport and live music.
