Police said hundreds of youth migrated from a party to a Rosewood park, and \u0022teens and kids\u0022 beat and robbed a pedestrian on 20th Street.

Police said they believe the two young people are known to each other.The victim was believed to be under the influence of an intoxicant at the time,” the release said.The incident was one of several violent crimes involving groups of people in different parts of the city over the weekend.
Officers found a victim at nearby St. Paul’s Hospital. He told officers he was beaten and robbed of his backpack by 15 to 20 “kids and teens” while he was crossing the street, police said in a release.Police said some of the young people and the victim are known to each other. A release said arriving officers found two large groups “arguing” in a parking lot near Mahoney Park. The two parties, who were in their 30s, were known to each other and some sustained minor injuries, the release said.No charges were laid.
