Viewers switch over from Prince Harry interview as they choose Happy Valley over 'unhappy Harry'
In his first sit-down interview with Tom Bradbury, who he has known for more than 20 years, Prince Harry opened up about his relationships with family members in his new autobiography Spare. Two days before his memoir, titled Spare, is published, journalist Tom gave Harry a grilling in a sit-down interview with the "most talked about man in the planet."
Many fans said there was no contest as they chose the British crime drama, set and filmed in the Calder Valley, West Yorkshire, starring Sarah Lancashire and Siobhan Finneran, over the over real-life drama. TV presenter Eamonn Holmes asked: "9 pm on The Telly .... Happy Valley or Unhappy Harry?" And comedian Kate Robbins commented: "TV ratings battle. Happy Valley v. Prince Harry.
@markdennison asked: "Oooooh, a choice of viewing this evening… Happy Valley or Unhappy Harry?" But @SSchiavo123 responded: "Anyone with half a brain will be watching Happy Valley instead of horrible Harry's interview." And @stuart11 said: "Happy Valley and the Harry interview up against each other on prime time TV. Happy Valley surely takes priority. I can see why Harry’s book is called Spare, it’s just relentless.
@1974Productions said: "Moaning Harry or Happy Valley……. Defo the Valley."@LynseyAnneWhite said: "As if anyone will be watching Harry’s interview when Happy Valley is on!"
