HUNTSVILLE, Weber County — A motorcyclist who police say was recorded going 138 mph in Trapper's Loop in May has been arrested.
On May 21, UHP troopers were doing speed enforcement on state Route 167 — Trapper's Loop — when they attempted to pull over a motorcyclist for speeding. According to a police booking affidavit, "two motorcycles were leaving Old Farm Market" and one began to speed. As Goulet passed a trooper with his patrol car's emergency lights on, Goulet made an obscene gesture to the trooper and kept going, the affidavit states.
