Huntsville police has charged Kevon Clifton, 33, with murder after a shooting in the parking lot of 1024 North Memorial Parkway.
Joel Adam Broussard, 52, was pronounced dead at the scene of a shooting shortly after 1 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of Krystal, 1024 N. Memorial Parkway, according to police.
Kevon Clifton, 33, faces charges of murder. He is being held in the Madison County Jail without bond. Police on Sunday said officers responded to the area and found Broussard, lying unresponsive in the parking lot.
