The survey, which is sent to a random sampling of 5,000 addresses in Victoria and Esquimalt each year, will ask about topics ranging from how safe people feel to how satisfied they are with policing in the city. The survey is not open to the general public, as it relies on random sampling to draw from a statistically significant and diverse participant group.
