Victoria police are working to locate a high-risk missing man with a medical condition that requires immediate treatment.
Delmer Esau, 47, is described as white, five-foot-eight and about 135 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes. He often wears a baseball cap.Call Victoria police at 250-995-7654, extension 1, with information on his whereabouts or report anonymously to Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS .
