Veterans and active military members get free milkshakes. Choose from traditional to specialty flavors.U.S. veterans and active-duty military can visit this drive-up event at the famous State Fair Dairy Bar on Nov. 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., for a free 16-ounce chocolate or vanilla milkshake.Guests should enter the fairgrounds via Gate 6 off of Fall Creek Parkway, on the east side.
The Indianapolis-based restaurant group is giving a free meal to each veteran at all of its locations. Restaurants include Bru Burger Bar in Indianapolis, Brownsburg, Carmel, Noblesville and Plainfield; Rize in Indianapolis, Fishers and Carmel; Livery in Indianapolis and Noblesville; Stone Creek Dining Co.
