He would have known the likes of Giants owner Ron Toigo, GM Barclay Parneta and coach Michael Dyck long before coming across Vikman.“We are really happy with Jesper’s development in the WHL with the Giants,” McCrimmon continued. “It’s been a great step. He’s been treated extremely well by Ron, Barclay and Michael.
He was 17-15-2-0, with a 3.05 GAA and a .903 SP, for the Giants last season. “I think we have to be better at playing as a team for 60 minutes and I think we’ll have a chance at winning every game if we do that.”
