Vancouver police ask that anyone who sees 58-year-old Randall Hopley or knows where he is to call 911.In a news release, police said Hopley “has a history of sexual assault, assault, and property crime convictions. He has committed three offences of a sexual nature against children in the past.” He is five-foot-nine tall and about 175 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. When he was last seen, he was wearing all black — coat, pants and hat.

Hopley, who had previous convictions for abduction of a person under the age of 14, sexual assault, assault and break-and-enters, received a six-year-sentence for the Sparwood abduction.
