Utah has plunged over what some are calling the "childcare cliff." A major grant that helped keep daycares in business since the pandemic has ended, and some studies have warned of a coming wave of childcare closures."Frankly, I'm just a little pissed; I'm upset," said Utah childcare provider Asia Sturdivant.
