A day after she was stripped of her Utah State Board of Education duties in a unanimous vote, Natalie Cline is facing a second censure from Captiol Hill.

Rep. Robert Spendlove said he sponsored the resolution with “a heavy heart,” noting he could not find another instance in which the House censured a public official.For days, House and Senate leaders had said all options to sanction Cline were under consideration, including impeachment—which would remove her from the board, and ban her from future political office in Utah.
