. The old and rusty 1960s hammer looks like it would likely not withstand much pressure especially compared to its new and improved 2020s black shiny version. But looks can be deceiving.
The rusty hammer held steady under the hydraulic press even withstanding 100 tons worth of pressure. Its newer model, however, did not fare as well. At 50 tons of pressure, it began to be squeezed and deformed, and the situation only worsened as the pressure increased.The YouTuber then moved on to test two axes. This time he began with the new axe. This tool bent into circles around itself as the pressure on the hydraulic press increased. The end result was a twisted useless piece of metal.
