"UCLA Athletics is committed to and expects the highest level of sportsmanship," a spokesperson for UCLA men's basketball said in a statement to the Times.
"We are aware of the incident involving a student-athlete at tonight's men’s basketball game, and the matter is under review."Etienne is sitting out this season because of an injury. He played in 13 games for the team last season, starting one.
