Uber Technologies Inc. shares UBER, -3.96% fell 6% in their trading debut Friday after pricing their initial public offering at the low end of an expected range. The first trade was executed for $42 at 11:50 a.m. Uber priced its IPO at $45 a share on Thursday afternoon. The company had previously given a range of $44 to $50 a share. The company raised $8.1 billion through the offering. Uber's IPO comes as the Renaissance IPO ETF IPO, -1.
