Two teens fatally shot in National City [Breaking]
The gunfire was reported about 11:35 p.m. on East 17th Street near Palm Avenue.
Arriving officers found the two people had been shot, an 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl, National City police said. The teens were taken to a hospital where they died.The victims have been identified, but their names were not released pending family notifications. Police said there were dozens of witnesses in the area when the shooting happened. Anyone with information or videos of the incident was asked to call police at 336-4457 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 580-8477.
