Jersey City police were flagged down by a victim, who had been shot in the left side of his stomach, outside the Halftime Bar and Grill on West Side Avenue at 12:10 a.m. Saturday, city spokeswoman Kimberly Wallace-Scalcione said. The 34-year-old, whose injuries were not considered life-threatening, was taken to a local hospital.
