Green Gates Cafe in Merchant City welcomed three of the stars from BBC sitcom Two Doors Down. Jonathan Watson, Elaine C Smith and Kieran Hodgson were spotted having dinner as part of a larger group at the restaurant, which serves up Indian food.
The team at the venue shared snaps of the table on social media, saying their arrival came as a surprise to staff.They said: "Guess who visited Green Gates Café Merchant City last night??? "Famous Scottish Actor and Actress Jonathan Watson and Elaine C Smith popped in our restaurant and greeted us with a surprise.
"They come along with their team especially for the tapas menu and enjoyed their time at Green Gates Cafe, so why don’t you pop along as well and try the trend?" The trio star in the hit TV show about a group of neighbours living on a suburban street in Glasgow, which now has six series.
