After 200 days on the market, new agent makes sale for unit that he says is ‘catered to a bunch of different people’
The new agent managed to attract 10 visitors after relisting in March with new photography and a trimmed asking price.This furnished, two-bedroom plus den suite in a six-year-old tower went largely unnoticed for more than 200 days on the market last year.
“We took daytime and dusk pictures because it’s a great corner unit that overlooks the city,” said agent Joel Gwillim. “We really wanted to make sure we captured the views.
