wounded two small children while firing into a home in the 4900 block of Cumberland Street Thursday night. But they have arrested two men they encountered while responding to the shooting scene on drug trafficking and other charges after finding “large amounts of marijuana, crack cocaine and what appeared to be fentanyl” inside the home.
