TUCSON, Ariz. — The Tucson Police Department arrested two women while investigating the suspicious death of a 9-year-old.
Tucson Fire alerted Tucson police about the child, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Police investigated the family's living conditions. Court documents state both the mother and grandmother knew the child was ill for about two weeks before the child died and that the child had difficulty walking, breathing and had been vomiting.
