Fox News host Tucker Carlson said tonight Barack Obama may not have endorsed Joe Biden's presidential bid because Michelle Obama might be planning to run.
, Tucker Carlson espoused the theory that Michelle Obama could run for president in 2020, which could be the reason Barack Obama has yet to endorse his former vice president Joe Biden.
