Carlson said that the U.S. government had become 'ridiculous' and 'pompous' under President Biden's leadership.
"Weakness? Well, North Korea is weak. They literally have famines. People starve to death in North Korea. That's weakness," he said.
Carlson went on:"We're not simply weak. The United States government under Joe Biden is ridiculous, it's pompous, it's self-involved, it's long-winded and fatuous. It's not so different from the fading old man who leads it." Carlson also criticized the Biden administration's warnings of severe sanctions on Russia, suggesting that steps so far. The administration has repeatedly said it would impose strict sanctions but some critics say Biden can do more than what has already been announced.
