TSA posted to Twitter that the passenger did not declare the giant military-style weapon, which is a requirement when traveling with firearms.
"Texas allows people to carry guns in public without a permit and a background check," said one expert. "Generally speaking, Texas just has overall weaker laws than many states.
"Transportation Security Administration agents discovered a large anti-tank weapon inside a traveler's checked luggage at the San Antonio International Airport Monday afternoon.TSA posted to Twitter that the 84-millimeter caliber weapon found was not declared, which is a requirement when traveling with firearms.
