Police say commuters downtown will not be seriously impacted by Former President Donald Trump’s civil fraud trial, set to start today downtown.

Road closures are not expected as he makes his way south from Trump Tower, where he spent Sunday night after flying in from a campaign event in Iowa, according to CNN. On Sunday evening, Trump posted on Truth Social that he would attend court Monday to “fight for my name and reputation,” calling James racist and calling the case a “sham.”
