The younger Trump said he got a call about the raid being executed on Monday morning and informed his father. "After working and cooperating with the relevant government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate," the statement said. A White House official said they did not receive notice of the search, and referred questions to the Justice Department.
