The White House has said Donald Trump’s court appearance is 'not a focus' for President Biden.
The White House has saidTrump is set to appear in court shortly after he was formally arrested.
Speaking at the monthly briefing, Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters that the monumental legal case was not a main priority for the President. Biden’s direct answer to questions about Trump’s court case has been ‘no comment, no comment, no comment’.Karine Jean-Pierre, said with a straight face that Biden ‘is focused on securing America’s energy independence’ at the briefing.
At the White House, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre repeatedly declined to comment on the Trump indictment, saying that it’s an ongoing case. She did say: However, that Mr Biden was sure to catch some of the “hours and hours” of coverage it’s getting.’
